It also provides outstanding tight space manoeuvrability, a sliding battery tray for easy access and accepts rehab seating and electronics. With its stylish, sleek design and a standard speed of up to 4 mph (6.4 km/h), Lightning is a superior power chair for even the most active clients.

Rear-wheel drive system

Drive disengage controls
The Quantum Lightning features motor disengaging switches, which enable the power chair to be manually moved.

Optional TRU-Balance 2 power tilt
Offering gravity shift, and a smooth operating system the TRU-Balance 2 power tilt can tilt from 0-55 degrees.
